Service Description
In this Hatha yoga class, the focus is on strengthening the core and the pelvic floor. We work specifically on the lateral and straight abdominal muscles and incorporate strengthening of the back muscles for holistic stability. A strong and stable core has a positive influence on us on various levels. We feel more centered and balanced physically, mentally and psychologically. In this yoga class, you will learn about the complexity of your pelvic floor. With targeted exercises, we control the individual layers of the pelvic floor and feel the changes in our body. A strong pelvic floor ensures a pleasant body feeling, improves posture, relieves the back muscles, stabilizes the torso and supports the spine. The pelvic floor is also responsible for the functioning of the sphincter of the bladder and intestines and contributes to pleasurable sexuality. This yoga class is suitable for women and men of all ages. Strengthening the core and pelvic floor can contribute to improving the quality of life in different phases of life.
