Service Description

My yoga classes are characterized by the flowing Vinyasa style with elements from Hatha yoga. The mostly dynamic, flowing yoga style is demanding for the body and calming for the mind and is also called "meditation in motion". Blood circulation is promoted and the muscles are strengthened. The exercises reach the deep core muscles in the middle of the body and tension is released. During a Vinyasa yoga class, everything flows. Asanas and breathing are coordinated with one another.
